The Triiibes Blog Project
In August of 2008, Seth Godin launched an invite-only social network called Triiibes to accompany the release of his book, Tribes: We Need You to Lead Us. Originally it was anticipated to open to the public, but the Triiibes members preferred to keep it closed.
We're going to give you a taste of what goes on behind the curtain.
Enter the Triiibes Blog Project.
Seth asked us, the members of Triiibes, to do something cool in December, then he shut up and left us to it. We brainstormed dozens of amazing ideas, two of which congealed into active projects. The first project is this, the Triiibes Blog Project! We're excited about starting an external blog to talk about tribes, leadership, and community building. The other project is... well, we'll keep it a surprise for now and let you know at the end of the month.
Ed volunteered this excellent on-topic blog for the project's use, and here we are. The Triiibe is taking over the Tribe Building blog for the month of December. We'll have guest posts from many different members of Triiibes about all sorts of tribe-related topics. In addition to posts full of words, we have some multimedia surprises in store. And we'll be posting at least once a day, starting today.
So sit back, relax, subscribe, and...
NO! What am I talking about? Don't sit back and relax! Get out there and lead!
